Quick fix
PC keeps restarting before it loads?
That restart over and over is called a boot loop.
1
Pull out extras
Unplug USB drives, hubs, and printers, then try starting it again.
2
Drain the power
Hold the power button down for 30 seconds with the charger out, then plug back in and try.
3
Let it repair
After a few failed starts Windows opens a recovery screen on its own, so let it try.
4
Startup Repair
On that recovery screen pick Advanced options, then Startup Repair, and let it finish.
5
Try Safe Mode
From Advanced options pick Startup Settings and boot into Safe Mode to get back in.
!
Heads up
If you keep landing on a blue screen with an error code, write the code down and stop poking around, since it can point to a failing drive. Back up anything important the moment you can get in.
Still looping after all that? Bring it by the Kendall shop and I will find what is failing.
