Do you replace cracked MacBook screens or fix liquid-damaged logic boards?
Those two we don't take on — cracked-screen replacement and board-level micro-soldering (including liquid-damaged logic boards) — for any machine, Mac or PC. We'll recover your data first and refer you to a trusted specialist for the board or screen work itself.
Can you upgrade the RAM or storage in my Mac?
On models that allow it, yes — many older MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac minis have upgradeable RAM and/or storage. On most Macs from roughly 2016 onward, the RAM and SSD are soldered to the board and can't be changed. We'll check your exact model and tell you honestly before you spend anything.
My Mac won't turn on — can you still get my files?
Usually yes. Even when a Mac is completely dead, the storage is often intact and we can recover your photos, documents, and files to another device. Bring it in for a $60 diagnostic, credited toward any repair.
I'm switching from Windows to a Mac — can you help me set it up?
