Build labor comes in three tiers, plus the cost of parts. Assembly is $175: we put it together, confirm it boots, and enable your RAM's rated speed. Build + Windows setup is $249: adds a BIOS update if needed, Windows 11 included, installed, and updated, all drivers, and full cable management. Certified is $299: adds a stress test, benchmarks, thermal and drive health checks, and a written report you keep. Typical part budgets run $800 (budget gaming or office) up to $4,000+ (high-end gaming or workstation). We'll work to your exact budget, no upselling.

Absolutely. Bring them, ship them, or have Amazon deliver to the shop. Just bring everything the build needs, including the cooler, case fans, and cables. If one of your parts turns out dead or incompatible, the first 30 minutes of isolating it are included; after that, bench time is $75/hr and we always check with you before spending it.

Most builds finish in 3–7 days from when all parts arrive. Assembly-only builds are usually quicker; Certified builds take the longest because of the full stress-test and benchmark pass.

Yes. Every tier includes a 1-year warranty covering our labor and assembly. Individual components carry their own manufacturer warranties; on Certified builds we register them on your behalf. Customer-supplied parts that fail on their own are covered by their manufacturer, not by us, but we'll point you to the right RMA.

Yes. Parts consultation is free when you source the parts through us. Tell us your budget and what you'll use it for (gaming, video editing, streaming, AI/ML, office, etc.) and we recommend a balanced build. We don't push specific brands. Already have a list?
