Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of things count as 'everyday tech help'?

Anything that isn't a hardware repair, custom build, or virus cleanup (those have their own services). Examples: printer setup, slow Wi-Fi, smart-home device pairing, new-laptop migration, software installs, account recovery, parental controls, file organization, photo transfers, weird popups, helping a parent set up Zoom — basically the stuff you'd hand to a tech-savvy family member if you had one.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes — 1 hour at $75. If we wrap up early you can use the remaining time for anything else on your list. We don't watch the clock to push extras.

Do you come to my house, or do I bring things to you?

Either works. We offer on-site visits across Miami-Dade (a small travel fee may apply outside the immediate Kendall area), or you can drop devices off at the shop and pick them up the same day.

Can you help an older family member who's not great with computers?

Yes — a big part of what we do. We're patient, we write down passwords and steps clearly, and we never use confusing jargon. We'll set things up so they're easy to use day to day, not just technically working.
