Can you really fix my computer the same day?
For the most common problems — virus removal, SSD/RAM upgrades, batteries and fans, boot loops, slowdowns, new-device setup — yes, same-day is the norm when you get it to us early. Repairs that need a part we don't stock (less-common batteries, keyboards, certain screens) usually add 1–3 days, and we'll tell you that upfront.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours computer repair?
We're open till 11pm most days (Mon, Wed, Fri–Sun from 9am; Tue & Thu from 11am), which is far later than most shops — so an evening emergency is still same-day with us. Call or text and we'll do our best to fit urgent jobs in.
How much does same-day repair cost?
There's no rush surcharge — same-day is just how we work. You pay the standard quoted price for the repair, plus a $60 diagnostic that's credited toward the work if you proceed. You approve the full cost before anything starts.
My work laptop died and I have a deadline — can you prioritize it?
Yes. Tell us it's urgent when you call and we'll triage it to the front of the bench. If the worst-case is a failed drive, we recover your files first so you're never stuck without your data.
Do you do same-day repair near me?
We're based in Kendall (3779 SW 135th Ave) and serve all of Miami-Dade — Kendall, Doral, Coral Gables, Hialeah, Homestead, Miami Beach and beyond — with drop-off plus pickup & delivery, so 'near me' covers most of the county.
